Follow these steps to subscribe to Startimes on Gtbank or renew using the *737*...# USSD code to pay on your phone :
1. Press *737*37*Amount*smartcard Number# to Pay
You must use the phone number attached to your Gtbank account
2. Enter 4 digit PIN
Next, enter your 4-digit PIN on 737 banking. If you do not have the PIN, it may request you enter the last 4 digits of your Debit ATM card.
3. You will Receive a Transaction Successful
If successful, your GTB account will be debited showing you have paid for the Startimes subscription
4. Your Startimes Subscription will be Active
After paying the StarTimes subscription, it should start working and showing channels in a few minutes. If it is not working after some time, contact Startimes Customer Care.
Remember, using the USSD code for payment attracts a Network charge and a transaction fee of 50 Naira from GTBank
If you want to prevent the Network charge, use GTB mobile app or Internet banking. However, you will still pay the transaction fee.
