Why Crypto Sent and Received is Different or Less on Paxful

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are highly volatile, hence, their price changes within minutes.

When you send Bitcoin or other digital coins within Paxful, because it is instant, the fluctuation won't occur.

However, when you are sending to an external wallet, the price will change because of 2 things:

• Rate Difference: For instance, 1BTC in Paxful maybe $40,000 while the other wallet is $40500 or less.
• Time Difference: Because it takes some time before the transaction is confirmed, the price of Bitcoin, for instance, would have changed.

In this case, note that the crypto unit won't change. That is, when you send 1 BTC, the recipient will get 1 BTC, but the value is affected.
