Grey app is moving all existing CFSB accounts to a new US bank that supports:

• ACH transfers (for quick, low-cost US transactions)
• Wire transfers (for sending money globally with ease)

The previous US bank account on Grey does not support this features.

This means more flexibility, fewer restrictions, and the freedom to move your money wherever you need it.

How to Upgrade your Grey US Bank Account

Getting your new US bank account details is super simple:

1. Log in to your Grey dashboard on the website. Not the Grey app on your smartphone.
2. Request your new US account details. Once you log in online, it will pop. It will be ready instantly!
3. Start using your upgraded Grey US account. Give out the new Grey US account to anyone who has the previous account details to avoid not getting your funds
