The reason why kuda is rejecting your NIN or BVN is that the personal details you entered on the Kuda app do not tally. For example, your full name and date of birth.
However, if you are sure that the details are correct, contact the Kuda bank customer care number +23416335832 or on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter (Kudabank is the handle)
