After getting the form, fill it out accordingly which includes your name, postal address, BVN, units of shares and so on.

3. Submit the Subscription Form.
Next, enter any of the convenient places (a Fidelity Bank or participating issuing house) to submit the form.

4. Make Payment
Once you submit your form, proceed to pay for your subscribed shares immediately.
The representative will assist you with the account to pay into and process your form accordingly.

Note: If you are a new shareholder, download the public offer form. But if you are an existing Fidelity shareholder, download the right issue form.
2. Fill out the Form
After downloading the Fidelity bank shares form, fill it out accurately. This includes your name, postal address, BVN, units of shares and so on.

For the main message, upload the completed shares form and the image showing your payment into the Fidelity account.
Once you send the email, Fidelity Bank will process your form and onboard you as a shareholder.

- An individual or corporate body can buy Fidelity Bank shares
- The Fidelity shares can be bought for a minor. That is someone less than 18 years old
- The minimum amount of Fidelity shares one can buy is 1000 units.
